The needle is still a little hot when it starts to pull through flesh; not enough to burn, but enough to be another bright speck of pain on top of everything else. Fushimi is efficient about stitching up the wound, and while it doesn't exactly look great, it's at least pulled close. He cleans as he goes, and by the end it looks reasonably well taken care of, even if it's obviously still an 'on the battlefield' repair job. ]
