What: Just some quick discussion with the leaders he assigned for patrols!

[He'd sent the information out to everyone, of course, but there was a request to each of the assigned "leaders" to meet him at his place. Instructions were provided to Nyx, but the other two should know. Akira, his housemate, and Izuku, his student. It made it easier on him.

Now, they're all in his room, the door is closed, and Guren is standing in the center of his room.]

Thanks for coming. [His hands are in his pocket, but he's still standing tall, eyes flicking between all of them.] You're all going to be leading your separate teams, but I wanted to make sure that you knew each other, too. This isn't going to work without teamwork, so let me make this clear.

All of you are responsible for the well being of the people I assigned to you. Similarly, I'm responsible for all of you, as well. That means I want you to communicate if something is going wrong. If you have questions, come to me first, but you can talk to each other for help, too.

[Hmm. So...] So, let's do quick introductions, like this is a class. I don't care who goes first, but do it one at a time.

[Though he's still somewhat shell-shocked that he's supposed to lead at all, Izuku gives Guren a nod firm nod. He'll do his best, of course, because he doesn't want to let his teacher down.

Just like a class, huh? That, Izuku can do. He turns to the other two with a warm smile.]

I've already met both of you, but I guess I can introduce myself again. I'm Izuku Midoriya, hex code #FFDF00 on the forum! I have a strength enhancing quirk--um, that's what we call powers back home--that also lets me run faster and jump higher, too. I'm looking forward to working with both of you!

[Akira isn't quite as shellshocked (it's hardly the first time leadership has been all but dumped in his lap), but he's still a little surprised Guren picked him over the other candidates...

[Nyx had found a spot to lean against the wall, listening intently to the others. He'd met both Guren and Izuku at the town meeting, but Akira he'd only really seen in passing around town. Before now he couldn't even place a name to him. It's another smack in the face that the majority of the people brought here are barely in their twenties, if that. So many kids thrust into trouble they shouldn't have had to deal with in the first place.

He's reserving judgment on how this is all going to work until he sees them in action. He can't change what they've been through, and he can't change how they want to help. Only wish that there was a way to ease the responsibility on their shoulders.

At least there's no denying that they know what they're doing. Nyx can give them that respect without hesitation.]
