You would not use the Command Spells for evil.

There is a possibility that the town's enchantments could one day tempt you to use a Command Spell recklessly, but that is an acceptable risk. Any time a Servant is bound to a Master, there is a chance that such things could happen. Even moreso during a proper summoning, as normal Masters are often driven by urgent, even desperate goals.
